Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to make my order?
All pieces are handmade in our Yorkshire studio. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to craft and dispatch your order.
How long does delivery take, and how much is shipping?
UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days after dispatch).
Shipping is £4, or free on orders over £70.
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number informing you that your parcel is on its way. This will have a link to the tracking of your parcel. If you have not received this please first check your spam folder and contact if you still have not received it.
If you have your Tracking Number use the Royal Mail Track and Trace online service.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
Please contact us before returning anything.
Who pays for return postage?
- Change of mind / wrong size: return postage is your responsibility.
- Faulty items: we’ll send you a free prepaid label.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Every dog is wonderfully unique. Our Sizing Guide walks you step-by-step through taking accurate measurements so you can choose the perfect fit.
If your dog falls between sizes or needs a little extra adjustment, you can add their measurements at checkout and we’ll create a custom-sized piece.
How do I care for my Blooming Hound items?
Wipe down or hand-wash in mild soapy water. Rinse salt water after beach trips and always air dry.
